Bert founded Security Premium in 1995 and today finds himself with the good fortune of having the best team in the insurance premium financing market. Bert has over 35 years of experience in C-level executive management, real estate development, financial and operational restructuring both in direct management positions and as a consultant in the United States, Europe and Asia. Bert's entrepreneurial experience and extensive financial restructuring skills provide him with a unique set of skills to lead Security Premium in the sometimes-turbulent Florida Insurance Market.
Sue started her career in insurance in 1978 at Union American. In 1999, she joined SP as its General Manager. Sue has successfully led Security Premium to provide excellent service to both insured and producers for over 23 years. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Sue has obtained skills to manage our business successfully while providing our agents and the insured with the best service in the industry.
Sussette has been working in the premium financing industry for over 30 years. She joined the SP team in 2004. Her experience and knowledge help to keep daily operations performing smoothly. Her responsibilities include writing agent checks, creating new agent profiles, general office work, and all-encompassing duties of contract maintenance. Sussette provides the best customer service around.
Carlos joined SP in 2001 as a marketing representative. He has been a key driver to the growth of SP in the local market. The personal service Carlos provides to his agencies is unmatched by any of his competitors. Carlos's agencies know that they can count on him to assist in protecting their current business and help grow their future.
Jose has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Joining the SP Team in 2007 as a Marketing Representative, Jose’s perseverance has helped him develop sound and lasting relationships with his agencies. He continues to pursue customer service excellence, while partnering with the independent agent to support all of their insured financing needs. Jose always strives to be his best in order to meet and surpass his customer’s need.
With over 25 years of experience in the financing industry, Yolaine joined Security Premium as a Marketing Representative in 2012. Throughout her time at SP, she has created the reputation of building strong and enduring professional relationships with her agents. This perseverance has yielded an extensive network of producing agencies, while creating a portfolio that continues to exceed her performance goals. Her motto “go the extra mile” has propelled her to customer service excellence.
Denisse started working at SP in 2014. Her responsibilities include reviewing all drafts posted to our system, preparing all accounting and banking reports and reviewing commission checks. Denisse works alongside management, while providing excellent personal service to her customers.
Stephanie has worked in the finance industry for 35 years and has been with Security Premium for 10 years. Her daily routine consists of checking contracts to ensure everything is in order, making the proper corrections to bad contracts, taking payments, and working on reinstatements. She is cross trained and offers her services to assist with any duty within the office. Her favorite part of the job has always been the customer service side. She enjoys speaking with, and more importantly, helping our customers and agents.
Susana is an International Business graduate, with experience in marketing, sales, logistics and finance. She has been working with Security Premium since September 2021 and is now in charge of the cancellations department. With her excellent people skills, proactivity, and attention to detail, she provides the best assistance for agents and insured’s inquiries. Her responsibilities include mailing all correspondence to insured’s, agents, and companies, entering return premium checks, processing all cancellations and customer service duties such as answering phone calls, sending reinstatements, and taking phone installments.
Lazara worked for a medical device company for 15 years in several areas before they closed and then she worked for a pharmaceutical company in the Quality and Documentation area. Lazara started with the Security Premium in February of 2022. Her duties include, implementing verification for the finance agreements, customer services and she is currently cross training on various additional duties. She is a quick learner and provides excellent customer service.
Ana Carolina is a new team member of Security Premium, she started in January, 2022. She studied laws and has experience with customer service since 2018. At SP she is responsible of processing and posting incoming payments in all insured’s accounts, depositing all checks in the bank and verifying contracts. She provides excellent customer service to our insureds and agents. She is also fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
